By purchasing a membership, accessing our web platform, and/or using our services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. We recommend that you read them carefully.

2. Nature of the Service
   My Sky Deals is a digital platform that provides access to discounts on products and services offered by third parties, such as hotels, restaurants, cruise lines, stores, and other business partners.

3. Types of Membership
   We offer three levels: Gold, Diamond, and Partner. Each membership includes specific benefits as indicated on the platform.

4. One-Time Payment
   Memberships are purchased through a one-time annual payment. We do not operate with recurring payments.

5. No Liability for Third-Party Services
   We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or conditions imposed by third-party providers.

6. Limitation of Guarantees
   We promise discounts of up to 60% on selected products, but do not guarantee such percentages uniformly or permanently.

7. Price-Match Commitment
   We are committed to matching or improving retail prices whenever feasible, without legal obligation to do so.

8. Refund Policy
   Refunds will only be processed if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the service has not been used. We are not responsible for purchases, returns, or claims with providers on the platform; our commitment is to connect you with promotions available on the platform.

9. Suspension for Improper Use
   My Sky Deals reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts engaged in fraudulent use, resale of access, or violation of our policies.

10. Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale
    Resale, transfer, or redistribution of memberships without prior written authorization is prohibited.

11. Obligation of Truthfulness
    User-provided information must be truthful and verifiable. We reserve the right to verify it.

12. Registration and Access
    Access to the platform requires registration and validation via email and/or phone.

13. Personal Data Protection
    User information will be used exclusively for operational, legal, and internal business purposes. We comply with applicable U.S. data protection laws.

14. Confidentiality
    We commit not to share or sell users’ personal data.

15. User-Generated Content
    Comments, opinions, and posts on social media are the sole responsibility of the user.

16. Removal of Inappropriate Content
    My Sky Deals may remove offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content without prior notice.

17. Activation and Platform Access
    Once payment is processed, the user will receive access within no more than 36 business hours.

18. Technical Support
    We provide support via email with a response time of up to 48 business hours.

19. Global Use
    The service can be used worldwide, although some promotions may be geographically limited.

20. Validity of Access
    Memberships are valid for 12 months from the activation date.

21. Promotional Content
    The user agrees to receive promotional information, newsletters, and notifications, which can be disabled at any time.

22. Intellectual Property Rights
    All content, trademarks, logos, and designs belong to My Sky Group Enterprise LLC and are protected by copyright.

23. Prohibited Use of Brands
    Use of our visual and corporate elements without prior authorization is not permitted.

24. Service Modifications
    We reserve the right to modify or suspend services without prior notice, for operational or strategic reasons.

25. Review of Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website.

26. Legal Validation
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and U.S. federal law.

27. Legal Notices
    Any legal communication must be submitted in writing to our registered address.

28. Dispute Resolution
    Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

29. Limitation of Liability
    Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the membership purchased.

30. No Guarantee of Results
    The use of discounts and promotions does not guarantee a minimum level of savings or satisfaction.

31. Cancellation of Group Affiliations
    We reserve the right to cancel institutional agreements in cases of misuse, nonpayment, or fraud.

32. Promotional Incentives
    Additional bonuses or rewards have specific conditions and limited validity.

33. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
    We do not guarantee compatibility, continuity, or success of the service with individual expectations.

34. Consular and Concierge Assistance
    Informational services only, not binding, and not a substitute for legal advice or official diplomatic actions.

35. Mobile App and Limitations
    The "My Deals" app is operated by a third party. Its use is subject to independent conditions.

36. Technical Limitations
    We may experience interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues. Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

37. Third-Party Responsibility
    The user agrees that services provided by third parties are the sole responsibility of those providers.

38. Payment Methods
    We accept debit/credit cards and other authorized methods. All transactions are in USD.

39. Billing
    We issue digital invoices for each purchase. Clients must verify their information is correct.

40. Payment Security
    Transactions are protected by SSL encryption and authorized payment processors.

41. Unauthorized Charges
    The client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team.

42. Fraudulent Activation
    We reserve the right to cancel memberships obtained through fraudulent means.

43. Corporate Use
    Corporate accounts must clearly identify the responsible representative.

44. Membership Transfer
    A membership may only be transferred with written approval from My Sky Deals.

45. Legal Validity
    These Terms constitute a binding agreement as long as the membership remains active.

46. Activity Log
    We reserve the right to record and audit platform use for security and improvement purposes.

47. Exclusive Jurisdiction
    All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida.

48. Severability
    If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder of the agreement will remain in effect.

49. Implied Acceptance
    The use of our platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
